Omni Louisville Hotel, Louisville

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms offer an incredible view of South Louisville, which was amazing to wake up to every morning. However, there were some issues with slow service at the front desk and valet. On the upside, the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking were convenient. The welcome drink was a nice touch, but the pet amenities were lacking. The location was a bit remote but charming, with a lovely cafe nearby. However, cleanliness was an issue as there was a strange substance that got on everything, especially in the restaurants I visited. The facilities were well-maintained, and the home-baked Alentejo bread at the dining area was a delightful treat.
